Abstract submission starting: January 1, 2011
Deadline for oral communication abstract: April 30, 2011
Deadline for poster abstract: June 15, 2011
Deadline for late poster abstract: July 18, 2011
Oral Contribution Acceptance will be notified by June 10, 2011
Poster acceptance will be notified by June 30, 2011
Late poster acceptance will be notified by July 20, after receipt of the registration fees of the corresponding registered author.

Instructions for one-page abstract submission
|
|
In order to make easy the preparation of the book of abstracts, the preferred and only format for the one-page abstract submission to DFT11 is .pdf.
Some files are provided to help you write down your abstract. These files are similar in content to those of previous DFT conferences. More details will be provided at a later date.
Before submitting, you must convert your document to PDF.

PDF exporting instructions:

A file maximum size of 5 Mb is preferred for submission.
|
|

Once your PDF file is ready, please rename it using the following convention: SMITH_John.pdf (John SMITH being the presenting author).
|

To upload your abstract please go to the top right box and click the middle bar to enter your file system. Double click your file and next click upload. Use windows if you have problems with loading.
Warning: Only one abstract submission per registered person is possible.
